I'm afraid not:
EDIT: Interesting note (to me anyway): There is a bug in the computer game Temple of Elemental Evil that lets you do exactly this. You acquire a scroll of Teleport quite early in the game. If you manage to copy it into your spell book you can make scrolls of it.
I developed something very much like this (with help from EN Worlders). It's called the Magebolt and it's here:

I think it will do what you want.
Subdual fireballs mean never having to say you're sorry. :)
It's a bit of a tossup here. If you take fireball, you'll probably be catching the cleric and rogue in the area a lot. Now since its non-lethal that's not too bad, but it's still not good.
I think I'd go with Haste. That extra...
True (and as Mustrum Ridcully points out, some people have manifested powers without being around others first...that we know of). But in Kensei's case, the regular bumps and bruises of life should have made him realize. That's how Claire figured it out, I believe.
Maybe it was the...
Yes, the "dark side" seems like a pretty prominent theme. I also like the idea that The Company may not be completely evil. Bob talks about a "change in policy" (or something to that effect). They do seem to be helping Nikki (maybe), etc.
Random theory of the day: Kensei has fast-healing...
If you're looking for something "Rennaisance-ey", you can try Cantaria's small collection of pre-1600 tunes (complete with MP3 for most of them):

And...?
I've been curious about this book, but given the short version of it in the Silmarillion, I'm not sure I want to invest the time in reading it. What do you think so far?
Lets have a "design JediSoth's superhero campaign" competition! :)
I ran a Champions campaign for quite some time. It was a lot of fun. Low-key in the sens that the PCs rarely if ever dealt with world-shaking events. It used a lot of themes of discrimination/acceptance of metahumans (most...
I don't think so. The wildshape takes a Move action, it doesn't say it can be done along with another move action. Compare with the SRD description of drawing a weapon:
If Fast Wildshape doesn't have something equivalent to the second paragraph, you're out of luck.
I did NOT know that. Cool. I shouldn't give Whitehurst a hard time. He was obviously the best the Packers had. It was just a dark time in Green Bay in general. :)
I think (though I'm not sure) G4 is playing the FIRST season of Heroes, not the current one.
I have a Monday night class, so have been missing Heroes as well. I had the same problem viewing Heroes over the web through Firefox. However it works just fine with IE 6. What browser are you using?
In Fahmor's absence, Avardis turns to al-Hasen and asks, "What did you do to earn such ire? It is one thing to propose an idea that fails, but this Fahmor's dislike seems a little more...vehement than I would expect."
Once the guards bring the litter, Avardis helps to place the fallen merchant...
Not at all. Sorry, crazy couple of days. I'll try to post a reaction today. Avardis is a little nonplussed by how big a jerk the temple guy is being. They're supposed to be the good guys! :)
Ah, it's good to be young and naive.
Is it just me, or does there seem to be an extra dose of cranky going around today? I'm not talking about anything that rises to the level of a reportable post, but I've seen several people being needlessly snippy or sensitive lately.
Deep breath, everybody... There, that's better. It's only...
