    What does everyone think of...

As a racial it would not count as a class power so that prevents a lot of nonsense right out of the gate. Hybrids and MCs come to mind immediately.

    What does everyone think of...

Racial at-wills. We now have skill powers that can be taken in place of class utilities, but these are all encounter powers. The one that's been in the back of my mind for a long time is Dragonborn breath attacks. I'm sure there are other ways to do this and other races that could have...

    weapon focus daggers and sorcerers

Direct from the March errata update:

dual implement spellcaster + a staff

That's definitely a bug. The basic issue is that if you equip the staff (one-handed) it should only count as in that one hand. Also if you equip a staff (two-handed) it should also show up in both "hand" slots not just main hand. This also seems like a bug, even if it's tied to the Staff...

dual implement spellcaster + a staff

I didn't know you could buy "teats". And what exactly would you do with them???

    weapon focus daggers and sorcerers

I find this unclear only because Character Builder does not agree with you. Make a rogue and pick up the feat for Parrying Dagger, add one and equip it. Go to a power where it breaks down your bonuses to hit and damage and you'll find that it's giving you the Rogue class feature +1 to hit with...

Aside from Expertise, what are the most commonly acknowledged feat-tax feats?

This has nothing to do with expertise being a feat tax. This goes to if expertise feats are needed or not. This also has nothing to do with expertise being a feat tax. The feat system works because all feats are approximately the same power level. This means that feats are build and class...

    Monk Unarmed Combatant ability ?

If I had to guess right now I'd say no. We won't see any Monk powers that do x[W]. We have 4 Monk at-wills right now and 2 are vs. Fort and the other 2 are vs. Reflex. That is what most classes get. Unarmed strike gives a Monk an attack vs. AC (MBA) so with the right selection you can have...

    Monk Unarmed Combatant ability ?

Powers always do the damage listed. The effects of implement powers are balanced on the damage they do. If you swapped 1dx for 1[W], depending on the [W] you can unbalance the usefulness of the power itself. Frankly this gets into the whole realm of what an awesome job they did on weapon...

    Level 4 Cleric assistance?

Minor suggested changes: FEATS Cleric: Ritual Caster Level 1: Weapon Proficiency (Bastard sword) Level 2: Shield Proficiency (Light) Level 4: Shield Proficiency (Heavy) Shields are always better than armor because they give you +1 AC/Ref. Bastard sword gives up reach for being 1-handed so you...

Monk To Hit- I don't get it, weak?

Perhaps you have not updated CB recently. I have 2 attacks vs. Fort and 2 attacks vs. Reflex at-will. One is even a burst-1 power.

Monk To Hit- I don't get it, weak?

Vs the elite soldier my monk build would need AC: 13+ Ref: 12+ Fort: 18+ Do you see the problem here? Vs the rats: AC: 9+ Ref: 12+ Fort: 9+ Vs Gharash Vren AC: 15+ Ref: 10+ Fort: 13+ Vs Archers AC: 7+ Ref: 10+ Fort: 13+ Vs Outlaws AC: 12+ Ref: 10+ Fort: 13+ I see some definite consistency in...

    Level 4 Cleric assistance?

Is he a STR/WIS melee Cleric or a WIS/CHA "laser" Cleric? His stat array makes a difference in how to help. For a STR cleric I'd say get light/heavy shield and start with at least a 13 CON (dwarf with an 11 + 2 is good here) so you can pick up Scale and by level 21 (with 11/21 stat bumps)...

I had to go look that up. That is an awesome item.

    Level 4 Cleric assistance?

I'm with most of the posters here. We can help you, but we need to know: 1) What build cleric is he (STR or WIS)? 2) What is the rest of the party (and their builds) ? Without knowing the mix of melee to ranged attackers in your party and the cleric's build it is near impossible to advise you...

Monk To Hit- I don't get it, weak?

I seriously advise against giving the player bonuses to hit. Compared to the other players he doesn't need them as he is spot on. What you should consider is: 1) Lower the level of your creatures AND a) use more of them OR b) use Elites/Solos if you don't want more monsters 2) Make...

Monk To Hit- I don't get it, weak?

About monster levels let me suggest this: http://www.enworld.org/forum/general-rpg-discussion/254630-stalker0s-guide-anti-grind.html The general idea is to use more creatures instead of higher level creatures.

Monk To Hit- I don't get it, weak?

This build has 3 strong at-will attacks. Melee Basic Attack +17 vs. AC 1d8+11 Dragon's Tail +14 vs. Fort 1d6+11 and knock prone Five Storms +14 vs. Ref 1d8+11 Burst 1 The biggest challenge in running the Monk is knowing when to use which power AND how this is dependent on the DM. Creature...

    details of Riposte Strike

I was only saying that in a game filled with options, why not make this option just as good as the others for "everyone" instead of just for one "build". I thought their intention was to eliminate "poor" choices and "traps" so the difference between those with system mastery and those without...

    Wealth Per Level Guidelines?

Every 5 levels you will be losing 80% of the value of 3 magic items per party member. As each person trades in their +1 item for a +2 and so on you only get 20% if you sell or disenchant it and keep the residuum. This is a bare minimum loss. The difference between the two tables is about 30%...
