As a side note to that, each weapon would only hold one soul, but it'd be possible to get a bunch of them to use separately.

Actually, it's the opposite. My opinion is that it can be used concurrently if that specific entry for fast healing says it can, and that even in this case only those that say they stack do, overlapping any that don't say they can.

Looking at it, the sacred exorcist exorcism class feature might be a hint harder to use than the Exorcism domain, since the latter doesn't take into account the fiend's Charisma in the difficulty of the check. Then again, the Exorcism domain maxes out at (your level +4) for the HD of the fiend...

I'm not sure how much it would affect the CR, but as a rider to the effect you could have the poison breath also act as one of the psychic poisons out of the BoVD (and not be subject to normal poison immunity).
