if you punch or claw them, yes. it's like delivering a touch spell with an unarmed strike.

jester, that's the best explanation ive heard - i always had a problem deciding whether it made sense or not & that just did it.

my friend plays a dwarven bard/fighter. she's built to fight giants and we finally see some. he starts casting shield & blur and running across the battlefield. then he starts screaming how he hits AC whatever and does X damage. we're like, "Dude, they're all dead. Fight's over." he just...

i think a good modification might be a new Fort save each round to negate - there are other spells like that.

if you dont mind losing a casting level, i recommend taking bard as your 1st level - you can pick up your skill requirements and a few side benefits (bard music, reflex save, etc). then go straight sorcerer until you hit mindbender (which i recommend one level of for telepathy).

come on... Tasha's makes them laugh , uncontrollably and HIDEOUSLY, no matter how truncated the 3e title is. that's GOT to be worth something! :D

like abilities dont stack? so it could be flaming flaming but it would only do an extra +1d6. however, if one flaming ability got dispelled the other would still be active (sort of like the 2 bull's strength example).
