Probably Races of Stone. I haven't seen it in a while because a friend is borrowing it while playing his dwarf but I really enjoyed the material and I like some of the options for dwarfs in it. The races books on a whole have been enjoyable IMO. A close second would be complete adventurer. -Shay

I'd say you are losing them. I don't recall anything ever being specifically mentioned as a rule but it is fairly common practice for you to lose thieves tools when you are apprehended. -Shay
