Correct me if I am wrong but.... If my INT modifier increases I do not get a retroactive increase to my skill points. If my CON modifier increases I do get a retroactive increase to my HP. Just wanted to double check what I told my players this morning (it's been a bit since I DM'ed) :)...

thanks! looks like i was on the right track. I do have one more question. Does the CON increase in Hybrid and Animal form give the character extra hitpoints albeit temporarily? The SRD suggests that it doesn't but that doesn't seem to flow with other CON increases that characters recieve...
