@Spencer the DM welcome to the site. It is an old thread, but one not seen by many that visit here so no problem. I wonder if now 23 years later, this thread is seen more as a problem to make comments on/in. I have no problem making crude punnies, but think some might in today's society.

I think there should be growth in the game. A lot of movies and books have the 'chosen' one not know it and good movies have some sort of setback and then growth before Rocky can beat Apollo/Clubber/Drago/etc... Bad movies have the chosen just be able to use the force better than Luke from day...

How does the inside of a Bag of Holding (BoH) work in reference to placing something that can be spilled inside? Say someone wants to place a pot of stew or pail of paint or such that does not have a lid on it inside? Does the inside topple over and spill things out if the PC slings the bag...

Would this make the Battlemaster (BM) less cool if some of his powers were taken away or rather, made available to others? I know that my table has never taken BM, but only the Champion and maybe this would make them cooler to have more options.
