This was the second issue of White Dwarf I picked up at the time, right around my 12th birthday, and I was enchanted by the spaceship on the cover. I hadn't seen the TTA books, but this issue helped cement my love for Traveller and the LBBs.

If the answer to 1 is yes, there are other questions that arise: can it do damage? does the attack work with disadvantage? etc. Make your own choices, and have fun at your table.
