I am rarely asleep before midnight, so that should work. 11 p.m. EST Saturday night it is then, approximately 28 hours from now. And that should stagger the first three contests nicely.

I would be willing to start a round on Friday. If I aim to start it about 4 pm on Friday, that would give you till 4 p.m. on Saturday to complete. Would this work for the two of you?

What happens is up to you. Generally, in my opinion, the time limits provide enough flexibility for most people. Also, for those interested, though I see this is posted in the Dungeons and Dragons forums, its worth noting that we have never forced contestants to be specific as to any rule-sets or even required that the entries be in the Sword and Sorcery genre.
