Like a bag over the head? :) Using 4e's eladrin as a guide: Eladrin-only buildings wouldn't need doors, only a window into a sally port-like room where guests await to be allowed entrance. Ladders and ramps would still exist, because sometimes an eladrin doesn't want to wait five minutes...

D&D 5E (2014) Things that probably won't happen, but man would it be cool if they did!

Stephen Fabian's depcition of Strahd looks just like actor Anthony Higgins ( in Young Sherlock Holmes). And Anthony Higgins looks just like Hugh Jackman.

14 - "Ravenloft" tv series, covering and expanding upon the events of "I, Strahd: Memoirs of a Vampire", with Hugh Jackman as Strahd.

    D&D 4E The Best of 4e's Fluff

Both Monsters Vaults have amazing fluff. You can sample the style of the fluff in the Monster Manual Updates articles over at WotC's site (the worg rates as one of my favorites). Hammerfast was good, with minimum rules material. Not to toot my own horn too much, but Heroes of the Feywild is...

    D&D 5E (2014) L&L Basic Dungeons & Dragons

I'd guess cleric (life), instead of (war). And I'd guess Ability Score Increases throughout all 20 levels (maybe even pre-selected).

    D&D 5E (2014) L&L Basic Dungeons & Dragons

Yes, that is a gorgeous new piece by Kieran Yanner (whose most recent work was as cover/concept artist for Numenera). And yes, those are 5e goblins.

    D&D 5E (2014) Against the Flumpfs

The Abolethic Imperium is again on the rise, after eons of slumber. The only race that managed to beat them back were their ancient enemies, the flumphs. Except they are all extinct. So now the PCs must throw their consciousness into the pre-Cambrian past of the world to learn how the flumphs...

    D&D 5E (2014) Art in 5e...?

Actually, the main thing you could've done would be to alter the wait-to-hip ratio of the figure, which is *the* tell-tale sign of gender in humanoid forms. If you thickened her abdomen (by filling out some of the curve in her back), you'd more effectively alter the gender. Also, female faces...

    D&D 5E (2014) Art in 5e...?

:artist hat on: Image Composition 101: put your higher contrast in your focal point. In this case, the circle encompassing the woman's and Snurre's faces (with her glowing hand in the middle). From there, you begin easing out on the contrast (be it value - light/dark - or color - blue/red). I...

    D&D 5E (2014) L&L for 5/12

Really easy, as in spending a 100 gp pearl to identify a single item?

    D&D 5E (2014) L&L for 5/12

The main thing I got from the article is that cursed items won't be the "gotcha!" items of previous editions, but will rather be useful items with a drawback, so the player will be faced with a choice: avoid the curse and not benefit from the item, or attune to the item even though it is cursed.

D&D 5E (2014) The Ravenloft Rule and D&D5; or how to control player power

I think those examples show the two guidelines that are the basis for all the ability changes in RL: 1 - The Mists Are Unknowable: they block, alter or misdirect divinations and all abilities that convey information to the characters. Fear the unknown, as it were. 2 - The Mists Corrupt...
