I haven't checked out the classes in comparison, but I know the weapon stats do not compare. I am sure any of the Pclasses would work though. I believ they may be a bit more powerful than advanced classes, but with stronger restrictions. That would mwk them work IMHO.

Yet another pro for GURPS players is the HUGE amount of online material, from fanmade sourcebooks to conversion material for other systems. I think I have about 30 GURPS books, and they are all Fantastic.

Actually I am pretty much a traditional RPG'er. I may play a few of the RPG-Lite console games, such at zelda, but not much of a PC Gamer. I will, however, pick up the walktrhus online, as suggested above, for some ideas. Christian... Lavender will look FABULOUS :)

I tend to have my players choose a pclass, if they want one, when they first create their character. That way I have plenty of time to logically fit any special requirements into the campaign. I didn't realize that T&B had a pclass that would work well with a rogue/sorcerer... gonna have to...
