The PH says that a wizard gets ALL 0-levels... Do YOU as a DM, allow that a to just receive the 0's in the PH, or do you allow those 0's and all 0's from other sources?

I think that Exalted is the only logical choice here. I have not bought Exalted, simply for the fact that I DESPISE the ST system, but from looking though it at the store, i found it to be a very interesting setting. If the WoD setting(s) were to be made d20, then I would probably get those...
