Avatar/Korra + Magpie Games + PbtA sounds like a perfect match for me. Magpie's Root RPG was my most anticipated game this year but my excitement for this has overtaken it.

None, hence my question. It would seem unlikely to be released in 2021 even with the Silver Anniversary Edition tagline, which I would expect to refer to when the KS goes up rather the release date.

Is this staled for a 2021 retail release? They haven't even slated a KS date for it yet.

I am looking forward to US 2e but its slated for a November 2021 release for KS and retail usually follows at least a few months thereafter. Also, Magpie, whilst a great publisher, are almost always a few months late on fulfillment. As such, I think this is much more likely to be a 2022 release.

I agree. The RPG is very good. We also tend to add a step before the invitation dealing with personal scenes around Upsala and dealing with any threats that have arisen.

We have used it to trace out getaway routes and ambushes based on street positions. We also found it a good representation of the size and number of buildings in any district.

I prefer the older map with its additional detail like alleyways, yards, and vegetation. The proportions of the buildings and streets in the new one seem to add a lot of open space and be more of an impression of the city. Its also odd with all the additional blank space around the city in the...

The Origins Award is a industry award and it has a reputation of being pretty far removed from the hobby. The ENnies are a better representation of the hobby IMO. On saying that, Teens in Space looks to be a good game, so congrats.
