    Had a Marilith flunked a save vs command. Caster has a legendary saves boost item it wouldn't have mattered anyway and they had a +1 or 2 from earlier levels. Think I rolled a 6 with advantage.

    Ran a somewhat interesting encounter today. High for 13th level. Marilith 2 cr8 fiend cultists 4 fanatic cultists 8 Maw demons Double level 6 fireballs, Marilith +8 wisdom save with advantage flunked a save vs command. Levell 11 they aquired a couple of legendary for last 2 sessions.

    Internal work began 2011. Playtest packets didnt generate themselves. That's 14/+5 years ago as 2025 is almost done. Im not going to nitpick 1 year for a decade and a half claim. You could use the basic 5E engine for 6E and pick a direction.

    I blame you for returning to old D&D. Playing AD&D 2E/clones in 2025 is different than 2012-14 vs 2000. CME with changes to cloud of daggers i wonder if +2D upcast was intended fix for damage spells.

    May have been me. Other reason players should do it vs DM is abilities that modify the roll vs player. Farms out the world to players vs DMs. Rolling saves en masses for large AoE isnt as often as other abilities in 5E.
