Thats great im glad you are able to find an enjoyable balance. My experience is that more and more, it is getting harder to find players that want to balance adventure with roleplay.

I dont think I have ever run a party game. So I guess Sandbox. Truthfully Sandbox games tend to be as linear as railroad, they just have the illusion of choice. Thus, the party rarely runs into anything they cant handle.

I have been played since first edition. I never needed pro-gaming and never will. I have never been able to watch more than 5 minutes of CR, its not my thing. Im not trolling, if its your thing, more power to you and there are a lot of you.
