I've been known to get books for inspiration. Particularly graphic design inspiration when working on other projects. The d20 Call of Cthulhu book is a great example of this.

GI Joe already is a fictional counterpart to the real world, and has been for decades. I've been wishing for a GI Joe RPG for about as long. Now if only Hasbro would listen.
