I'd say your instinct is correct; besides being dazed does not eliminate all but one of your actions: "You can take either a standard action, a move action, or a minor action on your turn ..." this seems to read the same as "you may only take one (of the three you possess)..."

The OP is wrong - this is no infinite combo. The only question raised here is if the note about dm's responsibility for capping the amount of free actions should be printed along side the term "free action" wherever it appears.

You are neglecting the third dimension of a combat encounter; terrain features. If combats are grinding, be sure your battlefield hazards are deadly and interesting.
