Greatswords are not worse then bastard swords. As two-handed weapons, they get a bigger bonus to damage from power attack (while bastard swords get a net +1 due to being wielded two handed) and are always a "feat ahead" since it requires a feat to use a bastard sword. So a bastard sword costs...

Agreed. However, tieflings are just not as good as the other races, even with the cool idea of standing in the nuke, still do not think they are anywhere as good as the other races. Still, nice to see someone liking them. See ya, Ken

How we do it. We only get together once every 6-8 weeks since we are scattered across the state of FL. Then we get a weekend pass from the wives (or they play) and we have a blast. See ya, Ken

That is great news. IMO that is one of the best things in 4th so far. As it gives players whose characters are down hope and keeps them at the table. Now if we could only get info on temp hit points (I'm guessing they do nothing to unconscious).

The dragonborn get to choose which stat is used for their abilities, the tiefling is stuck with their's.

1) So it is the only race which forces you into Chr based classes to maximize its effect? Look at wizard for a second. Dwarf wizard? You have 5-8 more hit points effectively with your minor second wind. Halfling? Likely will get out of a big hit. Elven? Daily much more likely to hit...

Hope the KotS for dying is not the offical rule, if it is , that sucks, much less cool then a nat 20 doing something good for you. The DDxp pregen heals 2 with sacred flame, he is used probably 4/1 so far, just a far superior character in my player oppinion. 4 works well for me as well.

Well it is not "my way" It was on a quick rules sheet I got around the time of DDxp. It has been an awesome addition to my games though as the players always have the sense there is hope. I love the idea that players can "Boramir" and get up after being knocked down. Also really improves...
