I;m hitting road blocks in this :) But as I mentioned I'm not realy doing a conversion as much as basing a new race loosely on Palladium's Nightbane & Clive Barker's Books (primarilky "Cabal" which was made into a movie called "Nightbreed") I'm usung that movie's title as my name for the race...

Arms and Equipment guide is pretty good to have. a lot of the equipment is listed in either D20M or urban Arcana but the flavor text is good to have & they do have some bits of equipment that aren't in any D20M books. Xenoguide might be nice for the flavor text (again) but most of the nasties...
