No PDF's, ouch. Especially considering this is an adventure, you'd want to have all of those maps in electronic format for VTT's. Not sure if that's going to become a stretch goal of what, but I imagine if enough people complain about it it might happen.

I'm heavily vested in Savage Worlds so I prefer Death Spiral, naturally. Hit points, while mechanically simple to track, tend to break the immersion in the games I've played in. It has a lot to do with my players as well. The narration of damage in Savage Worlds is just so much easier for me as...

But it is different, at least from PF2. The PF2 playtest PDF is 100% free, about 3 times as large AND it includes a bunch of adventures, also free. But yet people here still got all upset that they were charging money for a printed copy of it. I think I'll save my money and grab those PF2...

This should have been a free supplement given that it's not a final draft. Follow Paizo's lead on how they're handling the Pathfinder 2e playtest.

Also happy to see Savage Worlds going strong! Love that game system. It's soooooooo easy to model any campaign setting using a few Savage Worlds rules plus the core book.

Nope. I'll save my money for Pathfinder 2 next year. Or maybe Dark Sun if that ends up being one of their setting books. Even then it would just be to collect it, like their 4e version. I would never run Dark Sun in 5e.

I disagree, Wayne Reynolds makes fantastic art and I'm glad he's still their main artist.

I believe their ability is in addition to the normal rules for heightening spells via the feat.

I'll check out the free PDF. After playing 5e for a few months I'm already bored with it so this might be a good alternative.

Collector's editions? Another hard pass for me. Gotta say these latest 5e releases have been a boon on my bank account. Wake me up when they get to psionics or Dark Sun.

Same here. I had it on pre-order when it was first announced, then as I read more and more about it, I grew less and less interested in it. I finally cancelled my order about a month ago. After reading this overview I am very happy that I did.

IMO the elemental clerics are a better fit as warlocks. Elemental clerics were limited to their elemental sphere for spells, with minor access to the Cosmos sphere (where most of the regular cleric spells were). Warlocks have a relatively limited list of spells too, with specific spells granted...
