I disagree. Many RPG's (and adventures) rely on either unique mechanics or specific themes that do not have any support within the 5e core mechanics.

I'm also a big fan of the Lockwood designs. Nothing has even come close to those IMO. I still have the blue, black and Colossal red on my bookshelf. This new one doesn't even really look like a dragon to me.

Generally these brews tend to be disappointing. I remember the beers for Game of Thrones that came out were meh at best. For sure, there are exceptions. But when you look at the big budget ones like RoP and Wheel of Time, well, those are pretty big blemishes. If they did a D&D animated show similar to VM, it might be fine. But a live action one? I remain very skeptical.
