The Haunt from DM's Guild is supposed to be quite good, though I haven't read it. The Foxglove Manor part of the Runelords adventure The Skinsaw Murders is excellent, and IIRC where Haunts debuted back in 3.5. Also seconding Haunting of Harrowstone and Death House.

Agreed, and make sure the Apect escapes the Fane, so the finale of the entire thing can be the party fighting (sorta) Tiamat in front of the awestruck citizens of Brindol and hobgoblin army!

And I agree with the above list, except I would add P1 King of the Trollhaunt Warrens to the list and remove Cairn. I'd say Reavers and Gardmore are among the best released by WotC, regardless of edition.
