Man, I like that Tiamat draft! I especially like she's a f***ing powerful dragon more than a goddess. You call the mythic trait different things (I think it should be Chromatic Glory). Shouldn't the XP be five times CR30, when she can use the mythic trait 5 times (or is the usage number wrong?)?

In no particular order: Immolate foe should imo afffect more creatures. Spending the dragon's entire turn on possibly removing fire resistance from 1 (it gets better with higher CR, but so does the opposition) opponent seems like a waste to me. Now, choosing a number of creatures up to its age...

I read up on Brilliant East after hearing about on this forum. In a thread (think it was Giant in the Playground), a Kobold representative said a) Brilliant East is not for release due soon and b) all but said directly that the net KS is Southlands. This was yesterday or the day before.

I know this is old school, but I liked the variety of 4e dragon alignment. They are mortals themselves. Familiars? Paladin mount? Skill check? This is convoluted. I suggest double range when it flies. Makes it easier to remember. No dex to AC armor? I like this 🙂 Edit: tactics...

Isn't is the ooze making it resistant? I feel like it should be resistant to bludgeon, piercing and slashing period - at least unless the weapon is at least very rare (and probably legendary, given its CR). Do you mean up to two, or does it make a difference whether it's a reaction or legendary...

Right. I'm just trying to figure out how to get to CR. RAW is pretty indifferent to non-damaging spells/attacks. BTW, I don't think blur is a game changer at CR21, and neither are charm effects.

How do you get CR21? HP 375 = CR20. AC 18/19 (this is not explained btw) = CR20 Dam/round = 100 (23*13) = CR16. Attack bonus +15 =+3 CR = CR19. Final CR 19/20.
