Indeed, that style of art isn't necessarily easy, and has some tricky shading techniques, IIRC.

Sure (I might over explain, because I'm not sure which bit you didn't understand): For example, in The Scouring of Gate Pass, the Experience Tracking chart on page 2. The first encounter is worth 700 xp--but split between 5 characters it's 140 xp. I'd like a chart reflecting that you expect...

I'd like to recommend that in the Experience Tracking chart you include a column for (or replace a column with) xp/PC. I think it's easier to calculate how to adjust combats this way.

I just wanted to point out, for SiderisAnon's sake, that you had a party of 7. Whether that lengthened or shortened the play time, though, is at least partially dependent on how you adjusted the combats.

Hah, the irony is setting in...

I'm teaching some 20-somethings how to play, and knowing how to choose their powers and feats is intimidating for them, too. There are just a lot of choices, and knowing what is "best" without ever having played the game before is tough.

It looks like a sort of thing that a teacher supply store might have, too. It's worth a try, at least, if you can't find it at your Office Depot.

I know, but it sucks for me. ;) I used to have a good FLGS that would consider stuff like Free RPG Day and now I don't. And it seems like this sort of store is becoming a trend.

They were really, really good, and haven't been updated in a very long time.
