What prevents a High lvl monk w/ improved disarm from disarming a equal lvl fighter every time? Especially a dex based fighter that would not use locking guantlets(like a duelist)?

what you think the average ac and atk should be for lvl 13 characters. the pc's are as follows a monk a rogue a bard a fighter these charachters live in a high magic / power gaming world in the FR setting. I want to see how they all stack up to your pc's. Thanks

How fast is a werewolf in its hybrid form, I cant seem to find it anywhere.

but if he was not only making no effort at all to find a cure, but using the shapechanging ability on purpose on occasion(only to kill baddies true) then would it effect his clerical powers.

Suppose a Lawful good cleric is turned into a werewolf and subsequently goes and murderers a gnome farmer and his 5 helpless children. Now assuming he knows what he did, will his spell casting abilities be effected when he is himself again.

A question on metals,glassteel and adamantite. my group says they cannot be enchanted but I have yet to find a rule that says they can't maybe im crazy and just missed it or somthing but i would be thankful for the information.
