[SPOILERS] Season 4 Overview of Curse of Strahd from Dragon+

And since we know which module is the end of MF&AH, we know where the exit is. I'm going to safely assume that the end of the T2 set of modules holds the other exit.

    D&D 5E (2014) D&D Season 5 Speculation Station

Season 5 is set to kick off at Origins Game Fair with DDAL 5-1. What's the last day of S4? The Sunday of Origins.

Death House - available now on Dragon+

My guess is that since it's part of the book itself, they opted to release it via Dragon+ to maximize the sales potential of CoS.

    D&D 5E (2014) D&D Season 5 Speculation Station

I just received the Launch Event package for Curse of Strahd. While Death House has already been released to the public via Dragon+, there was a piece of information within the Death House Instructions that stuck out like a sore thumb: Season 4 lasts only from March 4 to June 19. This means...

Season 4 Curse of Strahd and Adventurers League

Am I the only one that noticed in the Death House instructions that this season is only 3.5 months long? I can hear the Season 5 Hype Train pulling out of the Speculation Station... (Don't worry, I'm not speculating on what it is here...)

D&D 5E (2014) [GUIDE] Thy Fearful Symmetry: A Circle of the Moon Handbook (original)

"When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you gain the ability to use Wild Shape on your turn as a bonus action, rather than as an action." It doesn't replace the Wild Shape that you get as a Druid regardless of circle, just gives Moon Druids an extra option for the sake of action economy.

D&D 5E (2014) [GUIDE] Thy Fearful Symmetry: A Circle of the Moon Handbook (original)

Combat Wild Shape merely gives you the option to use a bonus action. You can still use an action if you want. Thus, you can activate both Bladesong and Wild Shape in the same turn.

    DDEX 3-13 Question *SPOILERS*

I can't find any in the text. That whole section seems unfinished, as the Adjusting the Encounter section is missing the settings for Very Weak and Strong. Edit: This was from a fresh download of the PDF just now.

    need help with my Wizard

Every time you level up, you add two spells to your spellbook. At 5th level, they can be up to 3rd level spells.

D&D 5E (2014) (5e) Assume max stat = 14. Which melee class will do the most damage?

Your Rogue 5 calculations could use 3d8+2 for weapon damage if using Booming Blade with a rapier. Although, your Paladin could get an extra 2d8 by the same virtue.

Druid/Monk AL legal stuff (Pulling out of a different thread)

Another point for allowing is the part of the Wildshape entry that states "You retain the benefit of any features from your class, race, or other source and can use them if the new form is physically capable of doing so."

    DDEX 3-13 Question *SPOILERS*

It is a T2 adventure, APL 8. That's why I was confused about whether or not it counts.

    DDEX 3-13 Question *SPOILERS*

The first thing about the pdf that struck me as odd was that its formatting looks rough in comparison to the other modules. So when I got to the end of the pdf, there was one part that made me confused, leading to this post. The pdf uses the phrase "secret mission" in reference to the Order of...

    D&D 5E (2014) Classes Rated By Tier

Noticing a lack of SCAG materials in this list, so it could use an update. Sun Soul Monks, Bladesinger Wizards, and Arcana Clerics are easily Tier 2. Swashbuckler and Mastermind Rogues are borderline Tier 1/2, especially a Swashbuckler with the SCAG melee cantrips. Sneak Attack + Cantrip damage...

Arcane Trickster.. Start Out with a Fighter level???

If you're trying to get the most out of your AC, I'd consider two-dipping Wizard for Bladesinger instead at character levels 2-3 or 3-4, depending on how much you value Cunning Action in Tier 1 play. You'd take a loss on HP, but gain the ability to cast 1st level rituals, gain a few more...

    Monk/Druid Multiclass Confusion

I agree with most of what RulesJD said, except for the part about unarmed strikes. The definition of unarmed strikes includes the use of head butts. As long as your wildshape form has a sizeable head, you can head butt with it. Therefore you can make unarmed strikes while wildshaped.

DM rewards for running Adventurer's League - what are your thoughts?

Coredump, I think that your credit idea is a little too confusing in practice. Keeping a degree of standardization regarding the amount of rewards that each adventure is worth will reduce the potential for abuse by min/max when you cash in your credit. My suggestion is a bit more consistent and...

DM rewards for running Adventurer's League - what are your thoughts?

I think that are far simpler solution would be to remove the DM reward section from all modules and have a table in the ALPG that has a standardized set of DM rewards based on tier and adventure length. That way you don't have to worry about updating X amount of documents each time the rules...

    D&D 5E (2014) Wizard Loot?

Wand of the War Mage is always a useful magic item to a blaster Wizard, as it eliminates the need to take Spell Sniper. Staff of Defense gives the Wizard a boost to AC and frees up spell slots from being used on spells like Mage Armor and Shield.
