Yeah it will be fine at tier 3-4, but earlier than that and it causes issues. Mostly because it's always the AC stacking character who tries to get it, making a huge AC imbalance.

That just sounds like the perfect way to make a DM do too much work for little gain. The whole reason they moved away from a long list of spells is that it just makes it harder to find the optimal play from turn to turn.

In my experience, AC stacking makes a party unbalanced in their defenses, while the DM has to increase the challenge dramatically or be unable to threaten the AC-stacked PC. Yes, I am aware of saving throws and other stuff. Whatever the case, high AC characters become far too strong too easily...

pretty poor that this subclass doesn't have anything going on outside of combat that sets it apart from other rogues. The aura is the worst offender. Still, I really like the concept and I think if the teleport triggered on a creature becoming bloodied, the subclass would start coming together...

It really is. I homebrewed my own werewolves based on this. This kind of regeneration perfectly represents at the table how werewolfs are weak to silver in my opinion. The Loup Garou worked perfectly in my Curse of Strahd game.
