I think I'm going to get the expansions. I do like this game, but I would have really liked if the included the online story into the game. That would have really made this a home run for me.

I'll agree, but the figures are old DnD figures you can get on Amazon for pennies on the dollar. The one is a group of six elves. You can get that same group for less than six bucks instead of $15-20

The game plays beautifully. However, that won't be the problem if you buy in. The problem with attack wing is the price point. The figures are all old recycles monsters but with higher costs. Why do that?

You want old school Dungeon crawling? Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG. Hands down the best at the crazy appendix N pulp out there. Not much official content, but the fan zine community has a ton of stuff for this RPG.

Guess I'm more into the new and shiny. I open the flood gates and let my players chose from whatever books are official for the system.

I haven't heard of any specific Elric RPG, but most pulp based RPG's like Shadow, Sword & Spell or DCC RPG would fill those niches quite nicely.

I'm working my way through The Laundry Files. Then back to the Forgotten Realms with Fire in the Blood

Either way, I'm in!

fortification! I had a gunslinger/witch/some other crap classes player who basically could get a crit the first round of combat combined with five shots any creature I put out there was dead. However, some heavy fort put him in his place and gave other players the chance to shine.
