Oh good lord. I highly doubt the delays are due to non-Americans being considered "second class citizens". The delays are more likely due to printing, shipping, or even tariffs. Delays happen. It sucks, but I have faith you'll be able to handle getting your books later.

DLC is anti-consumer? Not this consumer. I'm fine with it. Prefer it for some small releases, like the three digital-only products releasing soon.
