    D&D General DALL·E 3 does amazing D&D art

With two D&D campaigns that I'm running presently I figured I'd up date the party art. The first two are the 8 player group! 😲 The six character picture is the second group.

    D&D General Should you Multiclass?

Looking at it from a mechanical standpoint, older editions like 3rd saw (in my experience) a lot of players multiclassing in a level or two of Rogue for the sneak attack and evasion abilities. 2024 though, and I generally don't see it. It does look like sticking to a single class works better...

What is/are your most recent TTRPG purchase(s)?

Agreed. It's not a groundbreaking adventure but for something different to drop into one of my two current campaigns, it'll make a nice change of pace.

What rpg system would you use for a 60+ session fantasy campaign?

D&D 2024 would be my vote. It's the system I would largely always turn to for fantasy roleplaying.

    D&D General Perception vs Investigation

I've changed it to General now. I put it as 2024 because that's the edition I'm running and I wasn't sure if the skill use might have been different in 2014.

    D&D General Perception vs Investigation

Thanks for your input everyone. That has clarified it better for me now. I just need to get my head out of how previous editions did it.

    D&D General Perception vs Investigation

Thanks. It is just me being stuck in the mechanics of an older system.

What is your favourite part of TTRPGing?

As a GM/DM I like telling stories with my friends. I like having a set campaign (big fan of adventure paths) and see how the players tell that tale with their heroes and how they make that story their own. Also monsters. I love monsters. As a player, I'm there to tell the story that the GM/DM...

    D&D General Perception vs Investigation

Okay... so, correct me if I am wrong here. I'm used to how the old D20 system handling perception. The perception skill was used for finding traps, secret doors, that journal hidden in the alchemists lab, whether you were being followed and spotting ambushes on the road ahead. D&D 5th adds the...
