Boosting hp is because a level 11 martial can deal around 100-150 damage and double that with spellcaster support. Without excessive combos needed. 1 feat that you probably want to take anyway. Your boss won't survive 1 round sometimes 1 activation.

All I know at 55 pounds a lot couldn't draw it. I did 80 pounds but not sure I could do much more than that. That was when I could pick up a 63kg beer keg each hand. Bows a bit different.

Players generally dont optimize the party. Its a subsystem the word no exists. And there's a lot better things they can do if they build a party around things.
