Can't help with the gauntlets, but Home Depot has a set of EVA foam kneepads for about C$10.00. Hot glue on some spites made out of EVA foam floor mats, also available at HD, and you're good to go. Cold in boxers? Flesh coloured tights.

To me, Diet Coke tastes as if someone dropped a few shavings off a peppermint candy into it.

Interviews suck. In all of my previous jobs I had a direct sit-down with either the owner of the company, or the regional manager. When I applied to the uni it was a three person panel and a written test, that included stuff I never committed to memory.
