The plan is to use Owlbear Rodeo for my friend's and mine AD&D1e game. We don't need automation, just a place to put tokens. But it's got lots of other stuff that I didn't know about. Very excited.

LOL. Whew. Took me a second but for just a moment I was like "What does the Fallout Amazon Series have to do with anything?!?!" and then my two remaining braincells kicked into overdrive and I had to giggle.

I've always preferred some sort of tokens to represent PCs, NPCs and Monsters on a grid map. Exactitude is not necessary. Just a ball park "Kobold here, here and here." But I can definitely do TotM as well.

Yeah, I'm that guy who'd rather have 40 pages about the planes in the DMG than Monster Building Rules. BECAUSE... I feel they belong in the Monster Manual. Little disappointed that they're not in the MM. But only a little as I'd never use them but I know others would and I don't like yucking...

To my mind, most worlds made by the DM to fit his/her/their sense of world and adventure will just about always be better than any premade world. So if it did that, that just makes Greyhawk even awesomer. Yes. I'm going with that word.
