A young or older dragon gets a number of spells equal to Chr mod. These are usable once per day. (There are a few sentences spelling out additional bits). Dragons are all in their own section with two templates as well. Arcanaloth (12) Mezzoloth (5) Nycaloth (9) Ultroloth (13) Thaumaturge.
