Exactly. SFG are absolutely stellar with putting together great minis (and other doodads), and packaging them incredibly well. I'm curious if they are indeed going with minis for this, or possibly going the route of pawns or something more flexible like D&D did with the static-cling stickers on...

Keep in mind, I'm interested in Shadow of the Demon Lord but have not yet purchased, and was waiting on Weird Wizard to figure out which one to check out more thoroughly. (Based on this thread, sounds like Demon Lord will win out!) But I might be able to at least partially answer your question...

The preview could certainly do with being a lot longer. This (and Shadow of the Demon Lord before it) is a game that I've had a lot of interest in, but at the same time, I extremely picky about what I'm throwing my money at, so it'd be nice to see how more of the rules sections are laid out.

Pretty sure that was to specifically model the Event format of the game, rather than to model the comic universe itself. Knowing so many games (published events as well as homebrew tables) would feature a mixed bag of Marvel characters rather than groups that focus along team affiliation lines...
