How often should the group carouse if doing a hexcrawl style game? Just whenever they return to the Inn/Fort/Whatever?

I’ve been using the SDark rules to make a hexmap and it’s so random. How does one explain swamps next to deserts next to snowfields? So weird.

Maybe now they can get the minis out WITH the adventure. Instead of the Adventure and then 6 months later after you are done with the adventure then get the tie-in minis. Oh to dream

When my group played 5E they never ran. When we played AD&D, they did. Superheroes v Heroes.

She loves the book Sabriel by Garth Nix and the class is very very don’t sue me based on it.

I’ve had success finding people on line and or at the game store but work friends and IRL randos is pretty dismal.
