I am ok with it mostly, but I would have preferred Dragons, Demons, Devils, and Yugoloths be grouped or at least in the group entry at the appendix have an explanation about them.

It has some useful in its spells, like it kept Mind Blank, and the Banish and Bursts and teleports make it quite formidable. Looking forward to using it in a few weeks, though I don’t know if it will result in combat.

Why should it be legendary, it’s no different than a Flame Tongue adding 2d6 fire damage and it’s also rare.

Ehh from looking I don’t really agree. Plus your high amount of magic gear, that didn’t even follow the correct rarities. Like the vicious weapon being rare not uncommon. Also for people talking about the DMG here is the recommended max amount of magic items

No there are lots of lair entries, not sure why they got spelt out in the ToC. Honestly I thought you were referring to a new adventure or something involving Sphinxes on Beyond

Ehh, I think this works well. If a monster has a treasure entry it means they have a hoard at their lair.

Two examples. Blue Dragons will have Relic Treasure Hoards, and it will be a large hoard rolled for twice or doubled cause Dragons like collecting treasure more than others. A Young Blue Dragon has 8800 GP worth of art objects and 2 magic items, one common Ruby of the War Mage, and one rare...

Did you check the treasure categories in the DMG cause those are directly referring to that. An Older Dragon will have more impressive treasure.

It’s an oversight they should have had the future save be a con save. Will probably get errata. Proof readers are sadly not perfect. But I don’t agree with you about any of the other stuff you named being problematic.

It does quite a lot of damage. Assuming it uses Elemental Burst that's 75 Damage from the Legendary Actions plus Cataclysmic Event. Which is a Random roll of one of 4 things. Blowing up everything in a 60 foot radius sphere for 45 Fire damage that burns them. 22 Bludgeoning and 22 Cold damage...
