Nether scrolls iirc basically function as an indestructible spellbook. Probably do other things eg massive bonuses on Arcana checks things like that.

Extreme range doesnt work well on battlemats and VTTs. I've seen people build around it. Everyone else gets sick of it and in a dungeon it doesn't matter.
