You have to email Morrus with the title you want and he'll change it for you. You can't change it yourself.

You may have a virus. There was a virus going around a month or two ago that would attack NAV. I had it and it caused the same symptoms you're descibing. (inability to start Norton) I went to the symantec site when it happened and there was a warning about the virus and a download to get rid of...
