Dungeons & Dragons Playtests Four New Mystic-Themed Subclasses

Giving a Monk access to Shield is pretty hilarious, at least. You've also got your proper Wheel-of-Time-Warder-esque Mage Bodyguard archetype, which seems fun.

Watched a streamer just wrap up Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and they've been ugly sobbing for twenty minutes, 11/10 game

Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

You're all wrong about the cause of the darkest timeline, btw; the real cause was the Chicago Cubs.

What videogames are you playing in 2026?

If you haven't played any Suikoden games they are pretty straightforward where the "side quests" are mostly just going around recruiting people for your army. Suikoden I + II remastered came out about a year ago on pretty much everything and I'd highly recommend it.

What videogames are you playing in 2026?

Got Ghost of Yotei for Christmas and powered through it, just wrapped up the platinum last night. Hell of a game, going to be one of my top all-time games I think. Erika Ishii knocked their performance absolutely out of the park and dare I say was robbed at the Game Awards for Best Performance...

    Star Wars prequel questions

I've been doing the same (finally got the kiddo into Star Wars with Star Wars Battlefront II (2005)) They are objectively bad movies but there's also not terrible movies hiding between the cracks that a better director of actors might've made actually pretty good. She's just Queen Amidala...

Help me Brainstorm: Fantasy Roanoke for Daggerheart

That was exactly my point. Europeans had a lot of domesticated animals in close proximity to their living spaces which caused a lot of diseases which caused both (a) people with resistances to those diseases and (b) a lot of carriers of those diseases. The New World was relatively disease free...

Help me Brainstorm: Fantasy Roanoke for Daggerheart

There's someone (maybe from here!) whose answer to everything is "Aboleth plot" and while I don't think everything should be solved that way, it seems incredibly fitting here. I love that there can be an actual interesting answer to the question though, unlike with Roanoke where we've known the...

Trailer Avengers: Doomsday | Only in Theaters December 18, 2026

The FoX-Men have already dealt with the Sentinels in the highly underrated Days of Future Past, so I doubt they'll rehash that.

Beyond Favorite vs. Best - the Cream of the Crop (TV/Film Discussion)

This is the correct and accurate description of this very excellent show; Deadwood is the show I point to when I complain about people using "Shakespearean" as a name for a dialect, rather than a specific quality of writing. Deadwood does have fewer dick jokes though
