Out of curiosity, which era or "subgenre" of Star Wars do you usually aim for? The OT stuff is different than the Prequel stuff, and the Jedi stuff is different than the scrappy Rebel or outlaw stuff. I am curious what you aim for, and how the dice make that happen.

To do that, they need to show it. The Greyhawk mini-setting in the 2024 DMG was a perfect opportunity to limit access to some species, or species class combos, explicitly to emulate OG Greyhawk.

Sure. I was just saying that folks talking about incompatibility die to (as an example) how 5E 2024 does subclasses feels like things going wonky with the 3.5 switch. I doubt it will have nearly the same impact though, mostly because I don't think people are that concerned.
