I actually just saw Wizards, recently. It was pretty alright. I full-on cheered during the final showdown between Blackwolf and Avatar, that was nuts. Also Elinore... being Elinore (Bakshi's going to Bakshi). Don't know how you expand on it, outside of a near-past prequel or a LotR-style...

Huh, pure historicals are a bit uncommon, I think the last one I saw was Hard City a few months back.

Given what I've heard of Dungeon/Mutant Crawl Classics, wouldn't it be a bit too lethal for this setting? I'd prefer straight B/X, specifically Old School Essentials.

I hope these guys call RGS's bluff. See how far they'll take this. And, I agree, the GTA similarities are probably a greater concern.

I hope this D&D "channel" isn't a stand-alone app, This seems like the perfect thing for services like Pluto TV (sister company of Paramount) or Tubi. Also, didn't know Lillard was into D&D and co-founded B&G. Neat.
