D&D 5E (2014) Is there a literary or film archetype for the Ancestral Guardian barbarian or other subclasses???

I picture it similar to when Valeria's ghost saves Conan in the 1982 Conan the Barbarian movie.

    D&D 5E (2014) Unearthed Arcana: Gothic Lineages & New Race/Culture Distinction

You could just give races advantages on checks and saves. So a half-orc isn't any better at hitting someone with a great sword than a gnome is, but the half-orc is slightly better at carrying things and powering out of a grapple. Of course, that would be even better if there were more strength...

D&D 5E (2014) 5e Lists of Monsters, Spells, Races, Feats, Etc.

There is a source tab on the far right that should have the abbreviations (I have to look at it from time to time myself). You will have to scroll to see it. There is also a color chart tab next to it.

Yugoloths: Do They Have an Identity Beyond the Blood War?

I figured yugoloths' dispel magic was so you couldn't magic circle them at the spell's base level (thus getting them to work for free).

D&D 5E (2014) How would you improve monsters?

Not quite what the OP asked for, but I would take out the humanoid monster entries and work them into the NPC classes as examples. Speaking of the NPC classes, there should be blocks for small and medium humanoids. Add a couple of "here is the monster with a couple of levels of warlock" stat...

    D&D 5E (2014) Tasha's Summoning and Sorcerers

Since no one can summon dragons (except the chainlock and that is a pretty small dragon), I don't worry about dragon sorcerers not being able to summon anything. The wild magic write up includes demons, fey, and slaadi (interestingly paralleling the PHB warlock patrons), I would be willing to...

    D&D 5E (2014) Tasha's Summoning and Sorcerers

Since divine soul sorcerers get access to the cleric list, they get summon celestial (and don't forget that planar ally doesn't need concentration, so if you have a little time to kill, the DS sorcerer can have can 2 higher-than-CR-2 flunkies). I have long wondered if sorcerers (in general)...
