DDAL Lost Tales of Myth Drannor: DDAL's "Secret" D&D Book For Gen Con 50

Fantastic news. A print option for this should be up in a few days according to a comment left on the DM's Guild.

Waterdeep books: high level and no meta plot. Thanks Mike Mearls et. al.

The good news is that if you are not interested in high level play then EVERY other official adventure will satisfy this need.

Waterdeep books: high level and no meta plot. Thanks Mike Mearls et. al.

Finally we have it: an official adventure that does not (based on what I've seen) rope players into a meta-plot ('omg death curse, quick teleport level 1 scrubs to Chult because obviously all the level 20 Paladins who would have responded failed') and supports play to level 20. I'm not sure if...

Into the Borderlands campaign log, Episode 1

Glad you liked it! The warlock did fall in the battle but did not die. The party was lucky in initiative, lucky with a critical hit and other damage rolls, and had a healing potion in addition to the Druid's two healing spell slots to burn. But you're right, it could have easily ended in a TPK.

Into the Borderlands campaign log, Episode 1

Last night our D&D group began a new campaign using Goodman Games’s Into the Borderlands, their excellent reprint of the classic module. One of the players will be contributing posts after each session in the form of missives to the leadership of his faction. The 2nd day of Summertide...

A First Real Look At The Reincarnated 'Into The Borderlands'!

Could this be a hint about which modules will be in he second volume in the series?!

Check out the Astral Deadnought from Mordenkainen's Tome

Nice. I hope this means that the next adventure will be 1) planar and 2) higher level.

A First Real Look At The Reincarnated 'Into The Borderlands'!

I received my copy two days ago. Couldn't be happier with it. The 'updated' maps are lean and crisp. I'll photocopy these to use when running the adventures. The short essays are a great read too. Mearls reveals his pet peeve was that nobody in the Keep was named (I always thought this was...

A First Real Look At The Reincarnated 'Into The Borderlands'!

I pre-ordered this and eagerly await its arrival. Let's be clear, there's more than nostalgia to this--these are both outstanding adventures. Among other valuable benefits, Keep on the Borderlands teaches the essential monster vocabulary to new players, and it's loads of fun. As others have...

Goodman Games Latest News on Into The Borderlands

http://goodman-games.com/blog/2018/03/19/photos-of-highly-anticipated-product/ Can anyone from Goodman Games confirm that this will show up on either Amazon or Book Depository for those of us who live outside of the U.S.?

D&D 5E (2014) [SPOILERS] Enhancing Tomb of Annihilation

A "dungeon roster" for the tomb of nine god would be helpful. I'm thinking of what is found on p. 113 for the fane of the night serpent, or what is included as a dungeon roster for each of the individual giant dungeons in Storm King's Thunder.

[SPOILERS] Help with map question Tomb of Annhilation--session tomorrow!

Quick question regarding level 5, Gears of Hate. What is the story with the walkways/passages that connect rooms 58, 59, and 60 to the rooms in the cavern? Can the players jump off these into the lake, see the boats at 66, etc? Or are these enclosed passages? The description for area 65...

Do We Still Need "Oriental Adventures"?

Here's a clear documentary that explains Said's work (it's a bit dated but still quite good): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVC8EYd_Z_g

Do We Still Need "Oriental Adventures"?

Thank you for bringing in Ed Said! Btw, Tomb of Annihilation's Chult setting is textbook Orientalism.

    Kobold Press' Warlock Gaming Zine

I am supporting at the outside of North America level. Please try to make the content setting-neutral. I like Midgard, but for me to justify a monthly subscription the material needs to be 100% transposable with little effort.
