Nice summary, I only have one question: what about 4e? I didn´t play it, so I don´t know how WOTC treated the settings back then.

Keeping the nostalgia aside, I think the 3e Dragonlance Campaign Setting is better introducing the setting. But yes, I agree: we all want a short document with some backgrounds, races and other stuff and a bit of fluff. This can be a short UA article or something like that. OR they can open...

Also, I noted a very big fan base of Dragonlance in spanish-speakers people (from Spain AND Latin American). I suppose that is because of the 2e Tales of the Lance box released in Spain in the early 90´s.

Dragonlance is the niche inside the niche, I´m afraid. I´ll be truly happy with a digital gazetteer, or even an UA article.
