Maybe we will get lucky and WotC will own the place. That is where we are now. Hoping that some corporate entity will get the place because it will be a better steward than the originator's son.

At a certain point this all crosses a line where it becomes malicious and WotC can go for damages. It will be up to a jury, but personally I think this crosses that line.
