Pathfinder 1E RECALL - TIDERULER OF MARAN

I'm re-reading alchemist rules right now. I'll tell you soon. Should get some sleep before work lol.

D&D 5E (2014) PbP games: what works and what doesn't?

Personally, I really think the topic is quite enticing. If you don't mind, I'd like to put a bit more into the thread now (earlier I was midway home from work, through the cell phone, so...) 1: I can't recall a single 1-20 campaign that lasted me the whole life spam, even table-top wise. Plus...

Pathfinder 1E IC - Tideruler: The Fall of Laholt

MOSS Moss overhears the recognizable incantation-muttering coming from the window below him, but it's just for a second. A muffled sigh of relief can be heard, followed by silence. Moss still hears the apprehensive panting of a woman, like a presence lying in wait right underneath his position...

    Pathfinder 1E INTEREST/RECRUIT - TIDERULER - THE FALL OF LAHOLT (HIGH-LEVEL CHARS)

Hahaha, loved it, Kaodi! Gave me a good impression of drow life as well. :) You still have to select magic items, though, hehehe! If you want in, be most welcome! I'm just warming up the group, starting to grasp their backstories. It'd be ideal to enter now!

D&D 5E (2014) PbP games: what works and what doesn't?

Hehe, the players are awsome. That makes the task of knowing all those rules a lot easier. :)

D&D 5E (2014) [IC] THE CURSE OF AMBERSTAR

EVERYONE The stress imposed by the creature comes to a maximum, as time elapses and a forceful decision has to be made! Noticing the confusion, the Teraphim follow the heroes' lead, and as Thulwar's actions suggest leaving the shaft to the side, they decide to move out of the elevator! In...

D&D 5E (2014) [INTEREST CHECK] The Curse of Amberstar

That's the point. I feel this game is quite fun as well! So, since I already have three votes out of five, I'll just do what I think would be most appropriate. I'll close the scene based on the tests you guys gave me, forwarding the decision with what I felt everyone would be inclined to do...

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Scourge of Daggerford

Drui questions the nature of the groups' strategies, making some decisions for the future - things he'd save for himself for a long while before they actually turned into concrete realities. He nods to Enseth and goes down, following both Angis and Tommi, attempting as much silence as possible.

    (OOC) Scourge of Daggerford (Full)

I'm here, guys! Coming down with you. I'll mirror Enseth, so we cover everyone with healers. EDIT: also, sometimes I take a longer time to act because we rely a lot on stealth, and to be honest I fear I might break surprise with misguided moves. In fact, the plans I mention in the post are for...

D&D 5E (2014) PbP games: what works and what doesn't?

We've started a high level pathfinder game if you're interested, Kaodi. Also, I want to cook something up in August. I'm a pathfinder fan, but on the DM sode of things, opposite to Ancalagon. :)

D&D 5E (2014) PbP games: what works and what doesn't?

This campaign sounds really sweet! Increasing the range of their professions through roleplay seems to give a more personal feel, at least as I hear it from an external point of view. My main concern is with homebrew scenarios, though. Sure it's better for evryone to use widely known material...

D&D 5E (2014) [INTEREST CHECK] The Curse of Amberstar

So far we share feelings on a reset. I'm personally against it as well. It kills the momentum. And thus far you guys confirmed my suspicions... decision-making has to be shifted in pbp at the very least. I take it that no one would like to trample someone else's choice - virtual table courtesy. :)

D&D 5E (2014) PbP games: what works and what doesn't?

Thanks for the thread, Ancalagon! I was just talking to one of our groups about hits and misses in our campaign, and this is a huge help!

D&D 5E (2014) [INTEREST CHECK] The Curse of Amberstar

Hey, guys! So, we've had a week of downtime at our game, and I feel I sort of threw you off with the way I conducted things so far. Sorry about that, this is my first 5e game (ooops.). I have a few solutions, based on what I've learned so far, though. 1) Elevator scene: I should have learned...

Pathfinder 1E IC - Tideruler: The Fall of Laholt

ZYARA/ALICE Alice's sudden advent serves Zyara as a warning. The monastery taught a great many things about the demons and the hidden paths that led them towards the underbelly of our world - and they also warned about their rebellious offspring. Gifted with humanity's free will, some of these...

Pathfinder 1E [IC] - TIDERULER OF MARAN

Neurotic got it right! The archers were only ten feet away, so the damage takes them. And that was some serious ground-leveling attack, MetaVoid! Also, loved the descriptions! Extra XP for that!] KahlessNestor, you can go if you want to, and I'll arrange the actions as they go. I'll understand...

Pathfinder 1E [IC] - TIDERULER OF MARAN

[Ok, since Hagadark retreats five feet, I'll consider he steps back into the lift, allowing both Morgrym and Marius to step in front of him with an advance maneuver. You can also use aid other, @Neurotic, if you so choose, but it seems that the retreat leaves the shaman out of reach even for the...

Pathfinder 1E IC - Tideruler: The Fall of Laholt

EVERYONE Both seeress and Watcher remain behind as Alice reaches out for the arrivals. Those who work closely to the priestess are of shy disposition and prefer to preserve the area and its secrets from outsiders. Soon enough, Alice is alone to meet the strangers. At least the native face of...

D&D 5E (2014) [IC] THE CURSE OF AMBERSTAR

EVERYONE Thulwar's bomb corrodes the mass, shortening the length of the tentacles as the thing drips down a few of its pieces. One of the soldiers jumps to the side, avoiding contact with the mixture. Soon after, Lyllie's ray cuts through the other flank, startling the soldier some more, but...

Pathfinder 1E IC - Tideruler: The Fall of Laholt

THRONE ROOM The seeress glances at Alice. "Well, the less they see, the better." - the Watcher simply assents with a nod, knowing better than to question the maidens' decisions. The three know how many magic wards are sprung around. Anyone unknown to the castle would trigger them. Besides...
