    IMO Keep the scores for saves and skill, but don't them to attacks, spell DC, HP. Also, classes add to scores. Strong people don't become barbarian, being a barbarian makes you strong. I.e. Roll 4d6, drop lowest. Fighters then add +2 Str, +2 Dex, +2 Con. Background and species can add a...

    Seems fine a feat IMO. Assuming the pool is per long rest. Level 20 * 10' = 200' / 30' = 6.6 Misty Step equivalents. Compared to Cloud Goliath getting proficiency bonus per day for instance.

    Which is a bit less than a Zealot who deals extra damage every turn and can absorb more hits. Not useless of course. Things are decently balanced. But if you want Wild Heart to shine, you need a party that can capitalize on it's strengths.

    You need the right party. If your playing with a bladelock or paladin melee, then being able to skirmish doesn't help. The enemy will just switch targets. Running faster doesn't help if the enemy was never going to move anyways. But in the right party, it's great. For instance, rght now...

    Spiked growth Eldritch Blast + Agonizing Blast + Repelling Blast. Though the best low level combo I've seen is Druid 2 (Wild Companion), Warlock 1 (Pact of the Chain). Now you get Sphynx of Wonder for free multiple times a day.

    Extra attack is a multiplier. I.e. Conjure Minor Elemental: is +2d8 each attack. It's balanced for 2 attacks (4d8), but if you could get 3 or 4 (8d8), it becomes broken. You would have to change all the "each attack" to "once per turn" in order to allow multiple attacks stacking.

    But you can't stack effects, so how many different non-concentration spells are there, and which ones can you get. (+1 concentration spell). And some spells may run out before you get them all up. 1 minute duration is only 6 rounds. And you might get slots on a short rest, which may time out...
