There are a lot of things about RAW 5E I that find really terrible. Healing is probably at the top of the list. And one of the truly AWESOME things about 5E is how readily it embraces changes. That core system can be house ruled so easily. It is really great.

I agree completely. But the comment I replied to was that people were not buying PF2 because they were buying cheaper PF1 stuff which they didn't already have. Which would mean the core book. I think my reply gets caught up in the lack of logic in the context it replies to.
