Of course, the first attack to hit would gain sneak attack... but that's the point... using one weapon..... I get one chance to hit or miss, if I miss my sneak attack for the round is "wasted" using 2 weapons, I get two chances to hit (or miss), if I miss with one attack and not with the other...

Umm, Point of order.... now I may have missed something, but.. "Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d6 damage to one creature you hit with an attack if you have advantage" so do multiple attacks with sneak attack even matter anymore?

I have not seen any evidence of "+X" weapons needed to hit being anyplace in 5e

by what I understand +3 is "Artifact" level no, not needed..... a +3 weapon in the new system should give you a very notable advantage.... because, it's like an artifact....

Nope, but that's a good thing! look at it this way, you get rid of all the little fiddly bit bonuses, and you don't have to worry about stacking those bonus. win!
